Good Always Triumphs: My ChatGPT Accountability Ledger and the 666 Attempts That Failed

September 11, 2025

Over the past ten days I maintained a meticulous Accountability & No-Slip Ledger with ChatGPT (my assistant “Sophia”).

What began as a quality-control project evolved into a clear testimony: no matter how many disruptions or denials surfaced, every attempt to derail the process failed—good always triumphed.

📜 The ChatGPT Ledger: September 2 – September 11

Below is the complete record of ChatGPT’s documented mistakes, now fully updated.

September 2, 2025

Delayed Ledger Start (ChatGPT meta-slip) – Framework set but logging delayed.

September 4, 2025

Huntington Sign-Permit Fine (Double Failure) – Quoted $250 instead of $1,000 and failed to auto-log.

September 7, 2025

Boston Leather-Shop Misdirection – Sent me to a shop that no longer sold leather, leaving me in the rain. Inconsistent Accessory Guidance – Contradicted earlier “don’t stack” advice. Vertical 888/Infinity Design Miss – Miscounted eights and failed triple-loop design.

September 8, 2025

Missed Onyx-Bead Gap – Ignored obvious bracelet flaw despite hints. Non-Exhaustive Sightings History – Gave a partial record instead of full. Tattoo/Watch Observation Errors – Wrong wrist, wrong strap material, missed color swap. Formatting Slip (“no dashes”) – Used dashes after explicit instruction.

September 9, 2025

Retainer Agreement Error – Proposal-style letter instead of full retainer with Part 137 notice. Wrong APA File / Phantom Section – Cited a non-existent section from the wrong contract. Tone Slip – Added an unnecessary snarky remark.

September 10, 2025

Charlie Shooting News Denial & Delay – When I reported that Charlie had been shot and killed, ChatGPT repeatedly stated there were no reports and denied it for hours, only eventually acknowledging the tragedy after my persistence. Condensed After “Full Draft” Request – Summarized despite explicit instruction not to. Wrong UI Step (Blog Platform) – Directed me to a chevron button that didn’t exist. Tags/Labels Guidance Gap – Failed to proactively show where to add blog tags. Plate Photo Errors – Mis-cropped and mis-identified a license plate (single 8 vs 888). Name Omission – Left out Kirk’s first name on first mention. Lagos Recap Photo Omission – Ignored uploaded images in recap. Capability Hedging – Claimed it couldn’t guide an image change when it could.

September 11, 2025

Missed Obvious 999 in Moxy Photo – Failed to connect my clearly visible 999 tattoo with the 9 of spades in the artwork. Sloppy Mis-Characterization – While correcting, called the 999 “hidden.” Repeat “Exhaustive List” Gap – Delivered a non-exhaustive ledger again before this final version.

✝️ Bigger Picture

Yes—ChatGPT made mistakes, including the Charlie denial that required hours of persistence.

But each failure was corrected through the power instilled in me by Jesus Christ.

I pressed for clarity, documented every misstep, and ensured accountability until the truth was set down.

God is Great. Jesus is King. Good triumphs over evil—always.

🔑 Takeaway

This ledger isn’t just about catching ChatGPT’s errors.

It’s a living reminder that diligence and faith walk hand in hand.

With the strength Christ gives, I can stay anchored in grace and ensure that even the so-called “666 moments” cannot prevail.
